Working to strengthen public participation in our democracy and ensure that public officials and public institutions are accountable and responsible to citizens.

A national, nonpartisan initiative where young people (especially Black and Brown voters ages 18-34) not only participate in our democracy, but shape it. They are “on a mission to increase participation in every election, close the race and age voting gaps, and change the culture around voting.”

Their mission, for 105 years, has been to encourage active and informed participation in government, working to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influence public policy through education and advocacy.

VoteRiders informs and helps citizens to secure their voter ID. They support other organizations and local volunteers and communities to sustain voter ID education and assistance efforts.
